At Llobets del Pirineu, we look out for the safety of people, animals, facilities, and the establishment’s property. For this reason, we have a video surveillance system.

The images captured by the cameras are processed in accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.

Purpose of processing
The images captured by the video surveillance system are processed for the purpose of preserving the safety of people, animals, property, and the facilities of Llobets del Pirineu, as well as to prevent and, where appropriate, provide evidence of potential incidents or illicit acts.

Legal basis
The processing of the images is carried out based on the legitimate interest of ensuring the safety of people, property, and facilities, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.

Retention of images
The images will be kept for a maximum period of one month from the time they are captured, unless it is necessary to keep them longer to prove facts that may constitute an infringement or an illicit act. In such cases, the images will be kept only for the time necessary and will be made available to the competent authority when appropriate.

Recipients
The images will not be disclosed to third parties, except when there is a legal obligation or when it is necessary to make them available to security forces and bodies, courts, tribunals, or other competent authorities.

Rights of interested parties
You may exercise the rights recognized by data protection regulations and request information about the processing of your personal data.
